Amber Gardens, true luxury is green

Amber Gardens is the first large luxury residential project in Romania that integrates bioclimatic design and follows the passive house standards. Following this, Amber Gardens reaches and overpasses today the EU standards and aspirations for 2020: net zero energy building.

The innovative Amber Gardens project has been the first to receive the "Green Homes certified by Romania Green Building Council (RoGBC)" designation in Bucharest. Also, Amber Gardens won the 1st prize at the prestigious “Bucharest Annual Architectural Award” in 2013.

Amber Gardens will offer 60 luxury green homes, designed for high performance. The project is being developed over the course of 3 years in Otopeni – Tunari area, near the forest and is estimated to be completed in 2017.

The project budget: 14 million euro.
