Metav Industrial Park offers generous surfaces, easy accessible located in the North of the city, in Baneasa district, not far from Piata Victoriei or Otopeni Airport. The existing buildings, conceived to accommodate mainly productive activities, were rearranged considering canceling of some sectors and changing the location of others so the original buildings underwent extensive repairs, transformation and modernization. The buildings structure is made of prefabricated pieces of steel concrete, closing and walls of partitions brick masonry or brick buildings for offices and sandwich izopan panels for deposits. In order to rearrange the spaces in disused buildings, subdivision walls were removed thus obtaining ample spaces that can always be divided into different configurations using “sandwich” type walls made of gypsum board and mineral wool for phono and thermal insulation. The interior and exterior finish were made by replacing the old painting and coating with modern and quality materials and attractive design. Metal joinery was replaced with aluminum or PVC insulating panels frames and mosaic flooring tiles with greater wear resistance or antistatic synthetic carpet or rugs. There are also networks, connected to urbanistic ones, gas supply, drinkable water, electricity, sewage and telephony. Works for connection to fiber optic telecommunications networks were made. Thermal heating is made with natural gas on each building providing independent and facilitating the calculation of utility bills for each customer. Industrial activities taking place in Metav park, are conducted according to current standards of environmental protection. Facilities offered by S.C.
