Bratianu Business Center

Description

The history of the building started in the 20th Century when the Rural Land Bank commissioned architect Paul Smărăndescu to design a new and classy building that would serve as the institution’s headquarters.

The current building was built between 1924 and 1926 in neoclassical style with baroque accents, and in 2015 we restored this historical monument and renamed it into a modern business center. The building is located on Bulevardul I.C. Bratianu, at the intersection with Strada Doamnei, less than 300 meters from Piata Universitatii.

The location has excellent accessibility due to its location on the main boulevard running north-south through the ultra-central area. The building benefits from a large number of means of public transport within walking distance, accessible in less than 5 minutes (metro, buses, trams, trolleybuses).
