Description

The @Expo building is a new project composed of 3 buildings with offices for rent located in the north of Bucharest, Presei Libere - Expozitiei area.

The project is located on Expozitiei Boulevard, opposite the Romexpo complex, between Unicredit Bank headquarters and the Romano-American University, just 200 meters away from the future Expozitiei metro station.

The Free Press - Exhibition Zone is emerging as the most effervescent developing area in Bucharest, the existing stock of offices and hotels to be completed by numerous announced projects (offices, hotels, retail, residential) for the next 2-10 years.

Access by car is from Expozitiei Boulevard, the major artery with 2 lanes in each direction and a tram line in the middle, having a direct connection with Kiseleff Boulevard - DN1 - Henri Coanda International Airport, Marasesti Boulevard, Ion Mihalache Boulevard and Calea Grivitei.

Public transport includes the future Expozitiei metro station (2 minutes walk), the current 1 Mai metro station (15 minutes walk), tram and bus stations in front of the project, the end of tram line 41 (3-5 minutes walk) , respectively bus stops in the perimeter of the Free Press Square.

@Expo includes 3 office buildings with different heights, totaling a leasable area of ​​49,400 sqm. The project has a common basement with 780 parking spaces, above which rise two P+7 buildings and a P+18 building.

The buildings will provide floors with surfaces of 800-1,900 sqm, with class A specifications. The complex is to be BREEAM Excellent certified and have retail spaces on the ground floor, dedicated spaces for bicycles and motorcycle parking and charging stations for cars electrical.

The project is developed in two phases:

• the first two buildings were delivered in 2022
  
• the third building is under construction, with delivery scheduled for Q1 2023
